The Tenancy Agreement consists of two main parties Arabian Est. and the tenant and consists of the following :

1- Subject of Tenancy.

2- Purpose of Tenancy. 

3- Period of Tenancy. 

4- Annual Rent. 

5- Terms of Payment. 

6- Amount of security deposit paid by the tenant. 

7- Water and Electricity bills to be paid by the tenant. 

8- Any tax or charges imposed by the Municipality or any other Gov.Dept will be paid by the Tenant. 

9- The agreement will be renewed automatically for the same period and under the same terms unless notified by any of the two parties in writing at least one month before the expiry date of the contract. 

10- The tenant declares that he or she received the subject of tenancy in good condition and undertakes the responsibility to maintain it properly. 

11- The agreement will be canceled automatically without taking any legal action if the tenant acts against any of the conditions mentioned in this contract or fails to pay the rent on due date or leaves the country without notice to the leaser. 

12- The tenant will allow the workers of the leaser to enter the subject of tenancy to repair or to make any amendments whenever needed.

13-The tenant and the residing persons with him understakes to respect their neighbor's comfort as well as the norms and traditions being followed in the U.A.E.

14- The tenant undertakes not to make any major amendments in the subject of tenancy and not to use it for any purpose otherwise. He or she also undertakes not to remove anything fixed or nailed on the walls which may be the cause of major damage in the subject of tenancy.

15- The tenant undertakes not to transfer the subject of tenancy to any one else under any circumstances.

16- The subject of tenancy chosen by the tenant will be considered as his or her address to send the circulars, announcements and the messages from the leaser to the tenant.

17- This agreement will be written in two original copies duly signed by Arabian Est. and the tenant and has to be kept with both of them .

18- All maintenance works are to be done by the tenant.
