Arabian Establishment For Investment & Development established in 1987 as a member of the "Universal Group For Investment". Arabian est. is a a major real estate developer operating across UAE in the field of real estate and properties development where it has a big record in developing and investing of real estates, commercial & residential properties, buying and purchasing properties, real estate consultants and many others.

Arabian Est. owns and manages a high-quality investment portfolio that includes more than 10 residential towers consists of 540 integrated luxury apartments divided to 1 bed rooms 2 bed rooms 3 bed rooms apartments.  

Arabian Est. management structure is concentrated on three main operating departments:

•  Real estate Management Department :  responsible for management of 540 integrated apartments.
•  Real estate Investment Department    :  responsible for excellent investment opportunities.
•  Real estate Maintenance Department :  responsible for all maintenance activities.
